How long does it take to “get good” at crochet?
It all depends on your willingness to learn a new skill. In my opinion watching video tutorials is more helpful than picture by picture in a craft book. The most difficult part for me was the hand motion, where to turn the hook, how to pull yarn through, etc.
How do I turn a hobby into something more?
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Do I make commission off of the linked products I may promote on my site?
The short answer, No.
Long answer, I don’t quite know how to even start that. That’s not why I link products I use, and I don’t believe in “gate keeping”.
I would rather people who use my site to learn how to do this, than make money off of their experience. If someone ends up learning so much to the point they don’t need my advice/help and can just look at a pattern and recreate it, MORE POWER TO YOU. Seriously, I’m proud and impressed.
